Executive Coaching for the Superintendent / CEO

Coaching is aimed at improving performance.  An Executive Coach helps to expose blind spots and challenges the Superintendent to step up to the next level of success.  As your Executive Coach, DSW acts as a confidential thinking partner.  DSW clients who have invested in Executive Coaching have experienced better communication with team members, increased confidence, improved decision making and better time management.

Your coach serves as a sounding board and accountability partner for the goals you select.  Our first session establishes the parameters for six coaching session. You identify your goals.  In Session 1 of the series, you select up to three focus goals. In Sessions 2 through 6, we review progress on the goals, discuss successes and challenges, then create new actions to be accomplished.  At the conclusion of Session 6, we assess progress and determine the future of our coaching partnership.

Leadership Coaching for District and Organizational Executives

Coaching is aimed at improving the performance of leaders at any level of an organization.   District Executives have the unique challenge of managing both up and down in the organization. DSW acts as your confidential thinking partner on that leadership journey.  Our Leadership Coaching for District Executives has a dual focus: helping the executive manage up and enabling them to coach and grow employees who have a range of skills and thinking competencies.  In our series of six coaching sessions, DWS provides District Executives with tools to address the challenges of the position.

Whether is it managing up with a boss or a Board of Governance or developing the abilities of your staff to be independent in developing and deploying collaborative processes that work well in your organization, DWS can help.
